IFS aims for market leadership in mobile workforce solutions for service management
With the recent acquisition of Metrix, IFS is executing on its goal to become the market leader in mobile workforce solutions for the service management industry. IFS’s field service portfolio, which includes field service optimization, cloud-based smartphone apps and powerful back-end work order functionality, offers support for every facet of mobile service management.
IFS Applications is an integrated product line that combines best-in-class solutions backed by a full suite of component-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for field service management. IFS can now boast one of the world’s broadest solutions for the mobile workforce—including:

In situations where connectivity is unavailable or unstable, data is captured in offline mode and synchronized when Internet access has been restored.
