Change in the total number of shares and votes in IFS
Pursuant to a decision adopted at the annual general meeting 2013, 409,092 B shares have been cancelled during July 2013. The total number of shares and votes in the company has thus changed.
On June 28, 2013, the total number of shares in the company amounted to 25,380,922, of which 1,289,832 were A shares and 24,091,090 were B shares. The total number of votes in the company amounted to 3,698,941.0.
Pursuant to a decision adopted at the annual general meeting held on March 26, 2013 and following the decision by the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket), the share capital was reduced during July 2013 by 8,181,840 Swedish kronor through the cancellation of 409,092 B shares. This has resulted in a decrease in the number of B shares by 409,092 and a decrease in the total number of votes by 40,909.2.
On July 31, 2013, the total number of shares in the company amounted to 24,971,830, of which 1,289,832 were A shares and 23,681,998 were B shares. The total number of votes in the company amounted to 3,658,031.8.
On July 31, 2013, IFS held 200,000 B shares in own custody.
