IFS AGM to be held on March 28, 2007

The annual general meeting (AGM) of IFS will take place on Wednesday, March 28, 2007, 15:00 a.m., at One Conference, Svetsarvägen 6, Solna, Sweden. The notification to the AGM, the nominations committee’s report and proposals for resolutions at the IFS AGM of stockholders 2007, the application form for those wishing to attend the meeting, and the annual report will be available on IFS’ Web site www.ifsworld.com as of February 28. The announcement will also appear today in Svenska Dagbladet and the Official Swedish Gazette.

The complete list of proposals for resolution, the company’s annual report and the auditors’ report for the fiscal year 2006 will be available for inspection as of March 14, 2007, at the company’s head office at Teknikringen 5, Linköping, at the company’s office in Solna, and via the company’s Web site. The information will be sent upon request to stockholders who submit their postal addresses.
