Change in the total number of shares and votes in IFS
Pursuant to a decision adopted at the annual general meeting 2011, 500,000 B shares have been cancelled during October 2011. The total number of shares and votes in the company has thus changed.
On September 30, 2011, the total number of shares in the company amounted to 26,479,922, of which 1,375,008 were A shares and 25,104,914 were B shares. The total number of votes in the company amounted to 3,885,499.4.
Pursuant to a decision adopted at the annual general meeting held on March 25, 2011 and following the decision by the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket), the share capital was reduced during October 2011 by 10,000,000 Swedish kronor through the cancellation of 500,000 B shares. This has resulted in a decrease in the number of B shares by 500,000 and a decrease in the total number of votes by 50,000.0.
On October 31, 2011, the total number of shares in the company amounted to 25,979,922, of which 1,375,008 were A shares and 24,604,914 were B shares. The total number of votes in the company amounted to 3,835,499.4.
On October 31, 2011, IFS held 499,149 B shares in own custody, which were repurchased during 2011.
