IFS selected one of Sweden’s best places to work

Founded in 1983, IFS has established itself over the past 27 years as the leading software companies in Sweden, producing and delivering the ERP software, IFS Applications, to enterprises around the globe. IFS has almost 3,000 employees worldwide, 560 of whom are located in Sweden.

IFS has experienced strong economic growth in recent years and has a strong knowledge environment, with IFS targeting Sweden’s leading IT competence—freshly graduated as well as experienced seniors—as potential employees. Participating in focus groups, a large number of IFS employees have given their opinion of IFS as an employer. Based on the focus groups, the IFS Employer Value Proposition was defined:
