Scandinavian construction industry supplier selects IFS to increase profitability

Contiga, one of Scandinavia’s leading suppliers of steel and concrete constructions for the construction industry has selected IFS in order to increase profitability by enhancing project management and streamlining information flows. The agreement covers licenses, consulting services and maintenance worth more than SKr 6 million and includes options for further implementations of IFS Applications.

Contiga is the leading producer of prefabricated structures in concrete and steel for office buildings, hotels, industrial premises, public buildings, and apartment blocks. The company has operations in a large number of locations in Sweden and Norway.

Contiga will implement IFS Applications components for manufacturing, engineering and distribution. This integrated, comprehensive solution will improve project management, among other things by providing complete transparency throughout the value chain, support for consistent long-term and short-term planning, and the ability to shorten manufacturing lead times. This will improve Contiga’s productivity and profitability.
