IFS Strengthens Support for Mexican Operations through Veyron Partnership
IFS announced today it has expanded its alliance with Veyron, a Mexico-based software consulting organization. The reseller agreement will allow Veyron, a services partner of IFS, to market and sell IFS Applications throughout Mexico. Under this agreement, Veyron can offer total support around IFS Applications, including sales, marketing and services.
Veyron now operates two core businesses - consulting in process management and sales, implementation and support of IFS Applications across Mexico. With over eight years of experience in IFS Applications implementations throughout Latin America and a very experienced team, Veyron has the necessary capabilities to fully support global IFS customers. Since becoming an IFS Applications reseller, Veyron has added Galdisa, Hoteles City Express, and Grupo Sur Promociones to the growing list of IFS customers in Mexico.
“Veyron became an IFS partner because it recognized that other business systems available to the Mexican market were too complex to operate and not very well integrated within organizations,” Veyron Managing Director Siegmar Schuenke said. “Complex and disparate systems can have a negative impact on productivity, quality and customer service, as well as a high total cost of ownership. IFS Applications offers a solid integration and user-friendliness, plus the rich functionality necessary to support our target industries. Our expanded relationship with IFS means we can better support large international rollouts of IFS Applications, and we couldn’t be more excited.”
“Mid to large-sized companies with operations in Mexico now have a valuable, local, partner to help them realize the benefits of IFS Applications’ fully-integrated suite of enterprise applications,” IFS North America President and CEO Cindy Jaudon said. “The growing and changing Mexican market has a real need for the low total cost of agility that IFS Applications delivers. They also need enterprise software that can be implemented gradually, reducing business disruptions and lowering total cost of ownership. We value our continued partnership with Veyron and are confident that their experience with IFS Applications will help a growing number of Mexican companies leverage enterprise software to become more profitable.”
Some other examples of IFS customers in Mexico include; Quaker State, Procter & Gamble, Tradex Converting, Ravisa, and Katun.
Veyron promotes consultancy in software deployment by connecting the business strategy to the technological model of each company. With a team of consultants who operate with more than 10 years experience in the market, Veyron has developed a methodology that combines the experience of Mexican consultants with regional product knowledge and international project expertice. With this model Veyron implements the best worldwide technology with cultural considerations of the Mexican market.
