JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia selects IFS Applications to increase efficiency
Georgia’s largest producer of electrical energy chooses IFS Applications to consolidate key business processes in one central solution.IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announces that JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia, the largest Georgian producer and distributor of electrical energy, has chosen to implement IFS Applications™ 8 to streamline processes such as finance, project management, distribution, maintenance, and human resource management.
JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia is the largest company operating on the Georgian energy market, specializing in production and distribution of electrical energy. The company owns 10 mid-size hydroelectric power stations, of which the total power output exceeds 414 megawatts. JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia provides services to 860,000 customers and, with its 5,200 employees, is one of the largest employers in Georgia.
The main objectives of implementing IFS Applications are integrating existing business management solutions, providing access to management information on a regular basis, integrating processes in areas of finance and warehousing, as well as improving maintenance and repair of machines and equipment. IFS Applications will comprise areas of finance, distribution, project management, maintenance, and human resources management.
