IFS is a public company (XSTO: IFS) founded in 1983 that develops, supplies and implements IFS Applications™, a component-based extended ERP suite. IFS focuses on industries where any of the four following core processes is strategic: service & assets, manufacturing, supply chain and projects. The company has 2,000 customers and is present in approximately 60 countries with 2,800 employees in total. Net revenue in 2012 was SKr 2.7 billion.
IFS UK was formed in 1997. After a decade of continuous and controlled growth, we moved in 2008 to our prestigious new office building called Artisan in High Wycombe, 13 miles west of London. Our organisation grew again in 2010 with the acquisition of 360 Scheduling and its offices in Nottingham. IFS now employs around 200 staff across the UK.

The User Group promotes and facilitates the exchange of information and opinions about the software and other common IFS user issues.
It organises regular meetings, seminars and workshops on IFS related subjects and acts as the channel through which IFS UK communicates with its users.
In addition, UK user issues and enhancement proposals are co-ordinated through the User Group to influence future application development.
