Registration
Welcome to the registration site for the IFS World Conference. Register early and take advantage of the Early Bird offer. If you register before May 26th, 2012, training will be included in the Full Conference Pass, saving you approximately €600 off the regular price!
All participants should register via the online registration form. You may wish to review the conference details and consider your travel plans before beginning the process. The registration form includes the following sections that must be completed all at once:

SIGHTSEEING
IFS World Conference attendees arriving on the Sunday will be able to enjoy an afternoon bus tour of the beautiful city of Gothenburg. Why not come on the Sunday, check in early and pick up your conference badge before the Monday rush?
WELCOME RECEPTION
Another reason for arriving on the Sunday is the Welcome Reception in the evening. An informal event, it's the perfect way to start the World Conference and get to know other attendees, business partners and IFS staff. The reception is hosted by the City of Gothenburg.
WORLD CONFERENCE PASS
Included in the World Conference Pass are all general and keynote sessions, all break-out sessions and workshops, access to the partner exhibition, coffees, lunches, the sightseeing tour on Sunday afternoon, the welcome reception on Sunday night and the IFS Dinner on Monday night.
WORLD CONFERENCE DAY PASS – Valid Monday October 15th or Tuesday October 16th
Included in the Day Pass are all general and keynote sessions, all break-out sessions and workshops, access to the partner exhibition, coffee and lunch for that day. Please note that the Early Bird offer does not apply to the Day Pass.
TRAINING PASS – optional day Wednesday October 17th
A full-day training program featuring hands-on sessions that will teach you how to get even more from your investment in IFS Applications. Lunch and coffee are included.

Accommodation |
We have pre-booked a number of hotel rooms that offer preferential room rates for IFS World Conference attendees. Accommodation should be booked via the online registration form the same time as you register for the conference. Please see below for the hotels and rates that apply. We recommend our conference delegates to first hand choose the Gothia Towers Hotel since this is the on-site hotel and is connected to the conference venue.
GOTHIA TOWERS – Single room: SEK 1540, Double room: SEK 1740
ELITE PARK AVENUE HOTEL – Single room: SEK 1545, Double room: SEK 1745
SCANDIC OPALEN – Single room: SEK 1360, Double room: SEK 1460
Prices are per room/night and include breakfast, taxes and VAT. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. Please note that all hotel reservations are handled by Congrex.

Payment and cancellation |

PAYMENT
The total amount due must be paid in advance. Your registration will only be accepted when full payment has been received. All payments should be made in SEK. Payment can be made by the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard/Eurocard and VISA. If you are UNABLE to pay by credit card, please choose 'Invoice' in the registration payment section to continue your registration.
CANCELLATION RULES
If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex.
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until August 31, 2012, and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation charge of SEK 500. Cancellations received after August 31 and before September 28 will receive a refund of 50%. We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after September 28, 2012.
Cancellation of hotel reservation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex.
- Cancellation of any hotel nights reserved will be accepted until August 10, 2012 and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 250. All refunds will be made after the conference.
- Should you cancel your reservation after August 10, 2012 or if you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds can be made, as the hotel will charge no-show costs. If your reservation goes to no-show i.e. you never cancelled or arrived at the hotel, you will be charged for the total amount of your accommodation.
