CSR—Corporate Social Responsibility—is becoming increasingly important in the global marketplace—both in terms of mitigating risks associated with legal compliance as well as enhancing business insight to boost profitability. IFS Quality Assurance provides system support for quality standards compliance planning, fully integrated audit management, fully integrated NCR (non-conformance reporting) and CAPA (corrective and preventive actions).
IFS Health & Safety offers an integrated platform for safety policy management, risk assessment, incident management, and KPI reporting to ensure compliance with legislation as well as industry standards.

Saab has extended its corporate agreement with IFS to position the Saab Group for new business opportunities. In addition to the corporate contract signed in June 2009, Saab will implement IFS Eco-footprint Management and IFS Export License Management, the latter as part of the Saab-IFS partnership offering.
We chose IFS Eco-footprint Management because it is fully integrated with IFS Applications and can easily track environmental impact and critical substances included in the products’ lifecycle. In 2009, IFS launched a fully-integrated Eco-footprint Management tool as part of an Enterprise standard applications suite – helping businesses meet impending environmental regulations.
