Financial analysis

IFS displays Project Estimated, Planned, Revised, and Actual Cost metrics together with Revenues and Progress to Completion, so that a rolling view of project profitability and cash flow can be forecast, within each project, and across several or all projects, creating a current view of project and schedule health, and early warning of potential issues such as cost overruns and delays, providing the opportunity to address a problem in its early stages.
