Please read the following agreement carefully. You must accept the agreement to be able to use IFS Partner services.

Rules and Regulations

The following rules and regulations apply to all non IFS employee visitors to, or users of, (Visitors and Users hereafter jointly referred to as User) IFS’ web sites. By accessing any IFS web site, the User agrees to these terms and conditions. IFS Industrial and Financial Systems (IFS) reserves the right to change these rules and regulations from time to time at its sole discretion. If any of these rules and regulations is violated, IFS reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations. These rules and regulations apply to all Users of any IFS web site, both now and in the future.

Authority to Protected/Secure Areas

Access to, and use of, protected and/or secure areas of IFS’ web sites are restricted to authorized Users only. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its account, including certificate, username and password. The User agrees to immediately notify IFS of any unauthorized use of its account. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of any IFS web site may be subject to prosecution.

Registration Information

User agrees that IFS may disclose to third parties certain aggregate information contained in Users' registration applications. IFS reserves the right to terminate any User's account if IFS learns that such User has provided false or misleading registration information.

Modifications of these Terms of Use

IFS may modify these Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion. IFS will provide Users with reasonable notice of any such changes, and continued use after such notice of IFS will be conditioned upon each User's affirmative acceptance of any such changes.
