Registration Fees

The training fee includes coffee and lunch.
The conference pass includes coffees, lunches, partner reception on Sunday night & the IFS Party on Monday night.
The day pass fee is per day and includes coffee and lunch.

Price in US dollars is approximate and is based on exchange rate of SKr7,50 to $1.00 USD. Actual prices in USD will vary depending upon registration date.

Payment

The total amount as calculated on the registration should be paid by credit card. Please give full details when registering online. Your registration will only be accepted when full payment has been received. All payment should be made in SEK payable to Congrex  Göteborg. If you cannot pay by credit card, an invoice will be sent to you.

Payment can be made by:

• Credit card as listed on the registration form.
• Remittance to account No. 5001-10 378 22 or IBAN (International Bank Account No.) SE 66 5000 0000 0500 1103 7822, BIC/SWIFT: ESSESESS with SEB Bank, SE-405 04 Gothenburg, Sweden. Please mark your name and Ref. IFS 2005 clearly. All expenses in connection with transferring fees will be paid by the participant.
• Postal giro 7738-8, only Nordic participants.
• Bank giro 5887-2797, only Swedish participants. 

We regret that no personal checks, company checks or Euro checks will be accepted.

Tax Legislation

Participants from a company/organization within the European Union must state their VAT Number to be able to pay the registration fee excluding VAT. If no VAT Number is given, the fee will include VAT.

Participants from a company/organization outside the European Union pay the registration fee excluding VAT.

Swedish participants must always pay the registration fee including VAT.
Hotels must always be paid including VAT.

Cancellation policy

Registration
If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Göteborg. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until August 5, 2005, and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation charge of SEK 1,000.Cancellations received after August 5 and before September 2 will receive a refund of 50%. We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after September 2, 2005.

Hotel Reservation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Göteborg. Cancellation of hotel reservations will be accepted until August 5, 2005 and the hotel prepayment will be refunded less a cancellation charge of SEK 200. For cancellation received after August 5, 2005 but before September 2 the hotel prepayment, less one night’s accommodation, will be refunded. We regret that the hotel prepayment cannot be refunded for any cancellation received after September 2, 2005.

Social Events
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Göteborg.

On site registration in Gothenburg

Participants must register at the Registration Desk upon arrival at the conference. Please remember to bring your final confirmation letter, which includes your registration number, when you register on site.

On site registration will start Sunday, September 18, 7.00 a.m., Monday, September 19, at 7.30 a.m., and on Tuesday, September 20, at 8.00 a.m. The Registration Desk and Conference Center are located at Göteborg Convention Centre, entrance 8, Mässan gata.
