A European manufacturer within the automotive industry has selected to streamline its business processes with IFS Applications. The agreement involves delivery of IFS solutions for enterprise asset management (EAM) and manufacturing within two of the company’s divisions.
The company has invested in IFS Applications for EAM and manufacturing to reduce operational costs and increase efficiency.
The automotive industry is one of IFS’ targeted markets. IFS’ Automotive solution provides the right tools for managing the interaction between automotive dealers, automotive OEMs, automotive suppliers, and subcontractors in networks of varying complexity. IFS Applications—with its unique agility, scalability and openness—offers unprecedented breadth and depth of functionality for all business-critical processes in the automotive sector.
IFS’ automotive customers include BMW, Scania, Linamar, Borgstena, HUF Hülsbeck & Fürst, Toyota, and Finnveden Group.
