IFS Customers Are the Most Satisfied

At IFS, we pride ourselves on really taking care of our customers. And now we’ve got it black and white—our efforts are paying off. An independent survey of 500 Swedish companies shows that over 90% of our customers give IFS positive satisfaction ratings—far ahead of competitors and their products. Of the three major ERP vendors in Sweden (IFS, Intentia, and IBS), IFS has the most satisfied customers.

Datadia, a firm of IT analysts, conducted a comparative study of 500 Swedish companies that use business applications from one of the three major Swedish suppliers: Intentia, IBS and IFS.

According to the study, 91% of IFS’ customers say they are satisfied or fairly satisfied with their business applications. Corresponding satisfaction numbers for competitors Intentia and IBS lag 18 and 23 percentage points behind this at 73% and 68% satisfaction, respectively.
