Dave Holroyd, Managing Director and Finance Director

IFS Defence is independently recognized as the leading provider of integrated enterprise asset management solutions to the global Aerospace and Defence market.  Its customers include military forces, Departments of Defense and the world’s leading Aerospace and Defence companies. In his role as Managing Director Dave will ensure that IFS Defence’s world class products and services continue to be delivered to customers across the Aerospace and Defence sector to time, cost and expectation. Dave joined IFS Defence as Finance Director in 2008 having previously held a number of controlling roles within the Aerospace and Defence industry.  He studied Business and Finance and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.  He enjoys spending his spare time with his young family.

Graham Grose, Global Industry Director Aerospace & Defence

Graham Grose is the Global Industry Director – Aerospace & Defence and he has worked in the Aerospace and Defence industry for over thirty years.  He has a business degree from Southampton University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Member of the Institute of Purchasing and Supply.  Before joining IFS, Graham held a number of executive appointments in the Aerospace and Defense industry and prior to that completed a full commission in the Royal Air Force where he was a Supply Officer enjoying tours in both operational logistics and in logistics IT HQ roles.  In his spare time Graham can be found on the golf course or tennis court.

Harry Watson, Director Business Transformation

Harry Watson is responsible for ensuring that the Company possesses the right skills, infrastructure and processes to support our business objective of delivering our customers value for money as well as offering a basis for business growth and improvement. Harry also oversees the Corporate functions of Commercial, Business Improvement, Site Infrastructure and IT. Harry has worked in the Defence and Security industry for some 35 years, the last eight of which have been with IFS Defence. Harry began his career as a Forensic Chemist before joining Marconi-Elliott Avionics as a Software Engineer and then going on to spend over 20 years with GEC-Marconi in a variety of executive management positions. Outside of work Harry enjoys creative writing and is a life-long Newcastle United supporter, which for too many years has been something of a test of character.

Richard Rogers, Delivery Director

Richard Rogers is the Delivery Director responsible for the execution of all customer delivery projects, support & maintenance services, consulting services and A&D extension developments to meet the needs of the Aerospace and Defence Industry vertical.  Having graduated with a Computer Science degree from Exeter University he has worked in the Aerospace and Defense sector for over 25 years, majoring upon software and system engineering and having performed or managed all aspects of the delivery and support lifecycle.  His spare time interests include running, mountain biking, indoor rowing and music production.

Richard Rogers

Graham Ranshaw, Director Deployed Systems

Graham Ranshaw is the Director of Deployed Systems; and came to IFS Defence with over 25 years experience within BAE Systems in the Aerospace and Defence industry. He started in reliability engineering and airborne software configuration on the Harrier aircraft through Software QA and Business Change Management on the Typhoon and Nimrod projects. More recently with BAE Systems in Portsmouth Naval Base he was Business Change Manager. The IFS Defence Deployed Systems Business Unit focuses on providing maritime maintenance management solutions and services (UMMS and RCM) into the UK Royal Navy and also supplying Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to the operators of UK Naval Dockyards. In his spare time, Graham can be found playing badminton, mountain biking or power kiting.
