Mobile app for CRM

CRM Companion is a part of IFS Touch Apps and is our mobile CRM App with offline capabilities. CRM Companion makes it possible to follow up on accounts, leads, contact persons, activities, opportunities and to add documents from you own smart-phone. CRM Companion is often on the top of the sales representative’s “Most wanted list”, and we can help you to set this up.

2-way synch between IFS CRM and MS Outlook (new in IFS Applications 9 UPD6)

The embedded CRM of IFS Applications 9 includes standard functionality to copy Business to Outlook as Appointments or Tasks. However, this synchronization is one way only. The new Calendar Contact Task Integration module (CCTI) makes it possible to have a two-way synchronization with Microsoft Outlook. Our solution is made in cooperation with Riva -the world-leading company for integrations between CRM and mail systems.

IFS offer:

  • Presentation 2 hrs. → Presentation of functionality, discuss needs and business value.
  • Workshop (Typically 2-3 days) → Technical installation, configuration of standard mapping, discuss possibilities, training of admin, walkthrough of documentation, test and verify.
