IFS eLearning—always available
IFS eLearning is available on-line via a web browser. All courses are developed to support different roles within the company. IFS best-practice business processes are integrated with all training courses. It is easy for each employee to be trained in
IFS Applications for the business processes that the employee is working with. Each course consists of several lessons, each of which starts with a short presentation of functionality in IFS Applications and continues with a longer workshop in the system.
In the beginning of the implementation, we provide instructor-lead training (ILT) for key project members. The key project members quickly learn the major parts of functionality that will support your company’s business processes. Further courses for
users can be held with more ILT or via self-study. Also, it’s extremely easy to customize training courses in IFS eLearning. After implementing IFS Applications, all training courses are still available for the users if they want to recap or for new employees who are starting to learn the system.
