Relationship manager: designated point of contact within the partner organization that is responsible for maintaining their IFS partnership.

Business reviews: status updates on overall partnership and revenue tracking metrics. The occurrence of these reviews is decided upon with your partner manager. 

Integration certification: a third party will verify the integration.

Referral quota: part of the business planning process. A designated number of incoming lead referrals to be decided upon with your partner manager.

Customer satisfaction surveys: conducted on a yearly basis in order to maintain the current tier level or obtain the next tier level. 

Case studies: specific number of customer case studies within IFS-focused industries. Based on the most current technology version.

Joint campaign sponsorships: partners participate in designated marketing activities.
