ABOUT THIS COURSE

The goal is to give a quick overview and experience the IFS EOI capabilities and to learn how to pitch and demonstrate IFS EOI (awareness level). The training focuses on supporting Sales/Customer or Project leads to help sell and grow the IFS EOI platform usage.

The training will train the participants in acting as the trusted advisor for prospects, customers and partners during the IFS EOI Value Discovery Process and beyond. We will show and explain how EOI adds value in the areas of requirements analysis, solution development, in-depth product demonstrations in the handover to an IFS EOI Project Delivery Team.

The (Pre)Sales Consultant that will help sell and grow the IFS EOI platform usage. Acting as the trusted advisor for prospects, customers and partners during the IFS EOI Value Discovery Process and beyond.

  2. Lights on…  –  BizMap modeling and Pitch & Present an EOI proposal

At the end of this course, the participants are able to:

  • To be able to Pitch IFS EOI
  • To be able to use demonstrate IFS EOI
  • To be able to translate an Enterprise Strategy into a BizMap
  • To be able to model a BizMap (Map) and quickly add mock up data (Monitor) for demonstration purposes
