The corporate identity number of Industrial and Financial Systems, IFS AB (publ.) is 556122 0996. The company was registered at the Swedish Patent and Registration Office (PRV) on December 30, 1968. The company’s business has been conducted in its present form since 1983. The company’s form of association is governed by the Swedish Companies Act (1975:1385). Dividends are distributed by the Swedish Central Securities Depository (VPC).
IFS position on the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance
IFS is not formally a part of the group of companies included in the first step of implementation of the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance. However, compliance with applicable parts of the Code and its guidelines is an objective for IFS.
