Who Should Attend? This course is intended for anyone who is involved in managing human resources in your organization, along with core team members and project management. Prerequisites None Version Latest released version unless otherwise noted Length 5 days Course Description This course provides a broad understanding of the strategic side of IFS Human Resources. Participants will learn how to track employee competencies, develop a recruitment plan, create an employee development program, and conduct training programs. Hands-on exercises, both introductory and advanced, will be completed. Topics include: - Creating a recruitment plan, from the position requisition through selection of a candidate
- Engineering a development program for employee advancement
- Tracking employee skills and certifications
- Administering training room requirements and scheduling
- Creating training classes and updating employee records with training course completions
