Are You Hesitating on Field Service Management Software? The Top 10 Benefits You Are Missing
In this study from IFS and Plant Services, we see companies who have not pulled the trigger on field service management (FSM) software don’t understand the benefits, while those who have implemented already are saving and increasing performance. Survey respondents who reported that they had invested in FSM software, nearly 73% indicated that the software had a positive impact on their bottom line, with 22.7% reporting that FSM software had helped them achieve significant cost savings. In contrast, when we asked the same question to respondents who had not yet invested in FSM software, only 55% predicted it would result in a positive impact on the bottom line.
