Nomination committee proposals for resolution at the annual general meeting of stockholders of Industrial and Financial Systems, IFS AB (publ)
The nomination committee of Industrial and Financial Systems, IFS AB (publ), comprised of Gustaf Douglas, Ulf Strömsten (Catella Kapitalförvaltning), Lars Bergkvist (Lannebo Fonder), Bengt Nilsson and Anders Böös (chairman of the board of IFS) submits the following proposals for resolution to the annual general meeting of stockholders (AGM):
It is proposed that the nomination committee not be remunerated. Members shall, however, to a reasonable extent be reimbursed for customary expenses related to their work.
