Nomination committee for the annual general meeting of shareholders in IFS AB, 2009
The annual general meeting of shareholders for 2008 resolved to establish a nomination committee, to remain in office until the next nomination committee has been appointed, that shall prepare and submit proposals to the coming AGM in respect of the election of the chairperson and other members of the board of the company; directors’ fees for the chairperson and other board members; remuneration, if applicable, for committee work; auditors’ fees; the principles for appointing the nomination committee; and the election of a chairperson for the AGM. The nomination committee shall consist of the chairperson of the board, a representative of the company's principal owners, a representative of each of the company's two largest institutional owners, and a representative of the founders.
The representative of the principal owners convenes and leads the work of the nomination committee.
The members of the nomination committee are:
- Gustaf Douglas, for the principal owners of IFS, the Douglas family and Förvaltnings AB Wasatornet
- Ulf Strömsten, for Catella Capital
- Sverre Bergland, DnB NOR Fund
- Bengt Nilsson, for the founders
- Anders Böös, The chairman of the board of IFS
