IFS Field Service Management Application Administration

The purpose of this class is to provide you with the information required to perform application administration within the IFS Field Service Management product suite. The course will include a review of the IFS Field Service Management architecture and provide an introduction to the major entities. The class will review how to use the import / export tools for data management, review the in-application security, and discuss how to configure business rules. In addition the class will cover substitution maps, reporting, pricing rules, Analytics, Schedule and Repair Boards, Application parameters, attachments and other administrative features.
