IFS Field Service Management Configuring Integration Framework

The purpose of this class is to provide you with the knowledge required to set-up configure the integration framework to pass data between IFS Field Service Management and other applications. The course will provide best practices for initial data loads, on-going integrations for major entities such as customer data and discuss creation of common interfaces like invoice outbound.

Day 1 and 2 – Project Manager, Business Analyst, Technical Engineer Day 3 - Software Developer(s) / Technical Engineer(s)

PREREQUISITES

The successful attendee will have experience the other application the integration will be exchanging data with. An understanding of your business processes for handling field processes is also desired. This class is taught in a workshop format; students are encouraged to come to class with design documents to UI and process modifications that are planned as part of their application implementation. The student(s) will leave class with projects completed as practical.
