Nominations committee for the annual general meeting of stockholders in IFS AB, 2008
The annual general meeting of stockholders for 2007 resolved to establish a nominations committee, to remain in office until the next nominations committee has been appointed, that shall prepare and submit proposals to the coming AGM in respect of the election of the chairperson and other members of the board of the company; directors’ fees for the chairperson and other board members; remuneration, if applicable, for committee work; the principles for appointing the nominations committee; and the election of a chairperson for the AGM. The nominations committee shall consist of the chairperson of the board, a representative of the company's principal owners, two representatives of the company's largest institutional owners, and a representative of the founders. The representative of the principal owners convenes and leads the work of the nominations committee.
