Change in the total number of shares and votes in IFS
Pursuant to a decision adopted at the annual general meeting 2012, 600,000 B shares have been cancelled during June 2012. The total number of shares and votes in the company has thus changed.
On May 31, 2012, the total number of shares in the company amounted to 25,980,922, of which 1,373,308 were A shares and 24,607,614 were B shares. The total number of votes in the company amounted to 3,834,069.4.
Pursuant to a decision adopted at the annual general meeting held on March 29, 2012 and following the decision by the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket), the share capital was reduced during June 2012 by 12,000,000 Swedish kronor through the cancellation of 600,000 B shares. This has resulted in a decrease in the number of B shares by 600,000 and a decrease in the total number of votes by 60,000.0.
On June 29, 2012, the total number of shares in the company amounted to 25,380,922, of which 1,373,308 were A shares and 24,007,614 were B shares. The total number of votes in the company amounted to 3,774,069.4.
On June 29, 2012, IFS held 472,434 B shares in own custody, which were repurchased during 2011 and 2012.
