IFS Applications to empower 685 field service technicians and 400 back-office users working across France

IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announces that ISERBA Group, a French provider of building maintenance services, has chosen to deploy IFS Applications™ 9 to support and drive its mobility strategy, optimize its back-office processes, and improve supplier and customer engagement. The solution will be implemented by IFS partner Applium.

Established in 1978 in the Lyon region, ISERBA Group delivers more than 1.6 million maintenance assignments annually through a network of 30+ sites across France.

To help accelerate its growth and ensure the quality of its services, the company was looking to replace its existing patchwork of legacy solutions with a modern enterprise applications platform that could optimize the efficiency of its mobile workforce as well as empower its back-office staff with collaborative b-2-b and b-2-c portals.

Following a competitive evaluation involving several vendors, ISERBA Group selected IFS Applications to unify its operations and optimize core business processes such as maintenance planning, service management, project management, customer and supplier engagement, quality assurance, and financials.

“By deploying IFS Applications as our central business platform, we will be able to optimize the management of our maintenance activities while empowering all teams with better data management. Frédéric Masson, Director of Technical Development at ISERBA Group, said. “In addition, the collaborative portal implemented by Applium and IFS will enhance our customer and supplier relations and will thereby ensure better processing of requests and better service delivery.”

Amor Bekrar, CEO of IFS in France, added, “We are pleased to welcome ISERBA Group among our new customers. By investing strategically in our service management capabilities, we have positioned ourselves as a leading vendor in the service and construction sectors. ISERBA Group, like many of its peers, understands the potential of digital transformation to optimize performance and we are delighted to be able to support them in this process. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial collaboration with ISERBA Group.”

Eric Chambost, Head of IFS activities at Applium, commented, “We are proud to be working alongside ISERBA Group and IFS to deliver a comprehensive service-focused business solution that ensures a positive user experience and a swift return on investment.”
