Planned Maintenance Downtime

Corporate Services have planned a maintenance window for the Life Cycle Support (LCS) application.

LCS, LCS Partner Web, Internet Support Center (ISC), Customer Engagement Center(CEC), IFS Customer Portal and Portal Admin tool will not be available during this period and IPE will only be available in offline mode.

In addition, the following services will be interrupted: self-service portal, some orderable items in Service Now and case creation via the IFS Support Site.
