IFS business software helps EBARA International get call center up and running in 30 days
IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announced today that EBARA International Corp. has implemented IFS’ call center application in 30 business days. The application, an integrated part of the IFS Applications™ 7 enterprise suite, will support the field-service call center operations of the company’s Cryodynamics Division in Sparks, Nevada.
EBARA has chosen to implement IFS Applications step by step to meet its most critical needs first. The company plans to deploy IFS’ project management, project time reporting, and document management applications next, followed by the rest of the IFS Applications suite by the end of 2007.
EBARA’s Cryodynamics Division is a project-based, engineer-to-order supplier of submerged electric-powered pumps and power recovery turbine generators. Cryodynamics pumps are designed to handle liquefied gases with a pumping temperature ranging from ambient to cryogenic. The pumps are used in a wide variety of land-based and marine installations. EBARA International is a subsidiary of Tokyo-based EBARA Corp., which has 107 subsidiaries and 17 associated companies throughout the world.
