By integrating integrated ERP components from IFS, ARGE acquired a set of efficient tools for business analysis. The results include improvements within financial management and accounting, more efficient purchasing processes, enhanced warehouse management and, ultimately, the aim of all businesses—better customer service.
IFS Distribution and IFS Financials components are used by all employees of the trade and finance departments in the ARGE Group, and also by the staff managing the warehouses. The implemented software components support the company’s operations in the wholesale trade and to some extent even in its retail operations. They help keep the records of trade transactions and support accounting. Information generated by the system helps with debt collection, purchase planning and price setting. The components are also used for internal settlements and to make human resource management and organizational decisions.
