Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As CEO, Darren leads the talented team at IFS to further scale the company’s global business and extend its leadership position in the field service management, enterprise asset management and enterprise resource planning markets. Prior to joining IFS, Darren was the President of SAP's global ERP Cloud business, where he had end-to-end responsibility for all product and go-to-market functions, and an organization of over 5,000 staff. Darren lives in the UK, where he enjoys spending time outside of work with his two boys.
Regional President, Americas
As regional president for the Americas, and a member of the IFS Senior Leadership Team, Cindy Jaudon is responsible for growing the IFS footprint in the world’s largest and most demanding markets. Cindy has more than 25 years of consulting, sales and management experience in the enterprise software market, including a senior executive role with Effective Management Systems, which was purchased by IFS in 1999. She also held positions at several mid-size and Fortune 500 companies, including Mitutoyo, C.N.A. Insurance and Deutz-Allis. Cindy completed her MBA from Benedictine University in 2003.
Global Head of Business Operations
As head of business operations, Constance’s main priorities will be to increase sales effectiveness, strengthening foundations for rapid growth, and development of mechanisms to predict, evaluate and process sales data. Before joining IFS, Constance worked 18 months at SAP as Global Chief of Staff to the President of Cloud ERP. Prior to SAP, Constance spent over 15 years in investment banking where she developed specific expertise in finance, corporate development and project management. Constance has an MBA degree from INSEAD where she met her husband and with whom she has two little boys.
Regional President, Europe
As regional president for Europe, Glenn’s mission is to further strengthen IFS’s market position and to ensure that the positive development of the European business continues—both in terms of growth and an even greater number of satisfied customers. Since joining IFS in 1999, Glenn has had key leadership positions including Managing Director of IFS’s Norwegian business and, most recently, as president of the company’s Scandinavian organization. When not working, Glenn likes outdoor activities such as cross-country skiing and spending time with family and friends.
President, IFS Service Management Business Unit | CEO of WorkWave
As both President of IFS Service Management and CEO of WorkWave, Marne’s focus is to continue to elevate the strategic importance of service management to the success of the overall IFS business. Marne works strategically to ensure the entire portfolio of IFS’s service management solutions provide customers with the business value they expect from a global industry leader in field service management (FSM). Prior to IFS, Marne served as CEO and led the executive leadership team at ServicePower Plc., a field service management software company, where she transformed its go-to-market strategy and shifted its focus to SaaS and managed services revenue, increasing pipeline every year during her tenure. When not working, Marne enjoys competing in dressage and supporting girls and women pursuing STEM careers.
Chief Customer Officer (CCO)
Michael Ouissi is IFS’s Chief Customer Officer (CCO), a global role that brings together all of the company’s customer-facing functions in order to deliver to each customer a globally harmonized, superior customer experience and maximum business value from their investment in IFS. Prior to joining IFS, Michael worked for more than a decade at Software AG, where he was most recently a member of the Group Executive Board responsible for Customer Engagement Excellence. Michael lives in Frankfurt, Germany with his wife and son. When not spending time with the family, he likes scuba diving and enjoys any sport that involves a ball.
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
As CMO, Oliver is responsible for IFS’s global marketing and communications activities. With his team, he is on a mission to increase the company’s visibility, as well as attract and retain a loyal IFS following. Oliver’s experience spans founding and growing start-ups, through to leadership roles at several global technology companies; he also holds an MBA from London Business School. Outside of work he enjoys spending his time with his wife, daughter and nutcase of a dog.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
As CFO, Paul Smith is working actively to align and optimize IFS’s back office functions, including finance, IT, legal and human resources, to support the company’s business goals. Having completed his finance studies and training in London, Paul has 20 years of experience in networking, internet and mobile communications companies, working both in Europe and the United States, in CFO, operational, and CEO roles. When not working, Paul enjoys a spot of five-a-side football and golf, family commitment allowing.
Regional President, APJ, ME&A
As regional president of IFS’s business in Asia Pacific & Japan, Middle East & Africa, Stephen is responsible for growing IFS’s presence across the region, which involves building a strong customer base, expanding the company’s network of quality partners, and ensuring the IFS workforce remains engaged and focused on delivering customers value. Before joining IFS, Stephen worked for more than 20 years in the IT sector, among others as CEO of Sydney-based FTS Group and in various leadership positions at Software AG. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with his two sons. He is also a weekend soccer referee, and gives back to his local community by volunteering at a soup kitchen, as well as serving as a mentor to at-risk teenagers.
Senior Vice President, Research & Development
As IFS’s Senior Vice President of Research and Development, an organization of approximately 900 employees, Thomas Säld is responsible for the development and strategic direction of e.g. IFS Applications and IFS Field Service Management. Thomas started in his current position in 2006 with the expressed goal of moving R&D closer to the customer. In 1993, Thomas graduated from the Linköping Institute of Technology, Sweden, where he studied industrial engineering and management.
