YOUR OPPORTUNITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop best in class Practices for Consulting, focused on:
a. Delivery of Projects on time and within budget
b. Management of any out-of-scope items
c. Management of project profitability
d. Develop and Implement World Class consulting practices across IFS globally
As VP PMO Global Consulting you will have the responsibility to provide a governance structure to roll out the above practices to all Regions across IFS.
You will also work with the IFS Academy to develop enablement material. As the VP PMO you will lead a number of Program Directors (Black Belt) practitioners working in the Regions across IFS, focusing on the largest, most complex and strategic projects.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL
To be a successful VP PMO at IFS, your mindset will be the key factor, but to get even further, we would like you to have a relevant academic degree or equivalent professional qualifications within engineering/economics or similar.
We are looking for a self-motivated person who understands Program Management and has a track record of successful global projects - to make sure we deliver on our promises and ensure customers drive maximum value from our engagement.
To be able to successfully deliver in this position we believe that you will have extensive experience of working in the ERP sector as a Senior Project Manager or program manager. You have a high level of understanding of business processes; strategic management; knowledge of change management and business acumen.
If you are also an excellent communicator who can influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, then you are the perfect match!
